Signature Main Living collections extend that beauty throughout your main living areas to adjoining spaces, with elements like additional garlands, chandelier pieces, and tablescapes.
Investment varies based on the spaces, number and size of trees and level of detail — something we’ll define together during the consultation so there are no surprises.
What if I’m not there during installation?
As a former vacation home owner I understand that you may not be present. While you’re welcome to have a representative there, it’s not required. Your home is treated with care and respect, and we only access the spaces you’ve approved.
Durango Holiday Home LLC is licensed and insured, and happy to accommodate background checks. White glove installation includes protective measures and cleanup – so you arrive to a beautifully prepared home, ready to enjoy.
Referrals are also available upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible – ideally March.
Custom designs sometimes require spring ordering deadlines, and calendar availability is limited to ensure that every home receives our full attention.
Later bookings may be possible depending on scope and availability. A VIP waitlist is offered if the calendar is full, should an opening arise.
Do I need to provide decorations?
You can, we can work with your existing decor or everything can be provided for you.
We offer a fully curated experience but are also happy to incorporate meaningful or legacy decor if you’d like.
Whether starting fresh or blending existing pieces, we tailor everything to your home and preferences.
Do you offer takedown and storage?
Yes, both are available.
Takedown and storage can be seamlessly included in your plan and are arranged in advance as part of your overall proposal.
What is the typical investment?
Investment is tailored to your home and scope of work.
Proposals are developed based on the spaces and design direction. Investments increase depending on a home’s size and features, number & size of trees, and level of detail.
A consultation allows us to provide a clear, personalized recommendation.
